Online estimate submissions and walk-through requests are complimentary and non-binding. Official service agreements are formalized following the on-site property evaluation detailing the scope of work, frequency, and fee structure.
3. Commercial Services Only
Clean Pro does not offer residential or house-cleaning services. All contracts and quotes apply strictly to commercial properties, healthcare clinics, corporate offices, retail spaces, and managed commercial facilities.
4. Quality Guarantee & Inspection
We stand behind our commercial cleaning quality. If any item within the agreed service checklist is missed during a shift, we commit to rectifying it promptly within our satisfaction guarantee.
